72 is an adults-only service. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming and any use of the service to harm a child. These standards apply to profiles, messages, photos, videos, audio, links and conduct connected to 72.
01Adults only
You must be at least 18 to use 72. Do not create an account for a minor, misrepresent age, seek romantic or sexual contact with a minor, or help someone evade age or verification checks. A verification badge is not a guarantee of legal age. Report suspected underage use.
02Prohibited abuse and exploitation
We prohibit creating, requesting, uploading, possessing for distribution, sharing or linking to CSAM; sexualising children; grooming; sextortion; trafficking; exploitation; and arrangements or instructions that facilitate these harms. This includes manipulated, synthetic or AI-generated material depicting child sexual abuse. Do not use 72 to contact, coerce or exploit a child, even if the conduct moves outside the app.
03How to report a concern
Use the report action on the relevant profile, message or media and block the account if needed. You can also contact support@ai72app.com with the account identifier, approximate time and a description of the concern. You do not need to contact or investigate the suspected person yourself. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the competent authorities.
04Do not redistribute harmful material
Do not download, forward, screenshot or attach suspected CSAM to an ordinary support email. Provide the location of the content within the app and non-graphic context so authorised reviewers can investigate. Do not send unrelated personal information. Necessary evidence may be preserved securely for investigation, required reporting or legal process with restricted access.
05Our response
We review child-safety reports as a priority. When we become aware of CSAM on the service, we remove or disable access to it and take appropriate action against the responsible accounts. Depending on the concern, this may include restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant evidence and escalating for human review. We report to competent authorities or designated reporting bodies where required by applicable law. Ordinary account or message deletion does not override a lawful evidence-preservation duty.
06Safety checks and appeals
Automated checks and human review can make mistakes and cannot detect every harmful account or item. Do not assume a person is safe because of a badge, translation or an earlier successful check. Contact support if you believe a restriction was mistaken. An appeal does not guarantee restoration or require us to disclose another person’s private information, reporting identity or sensitive investigation details.
07Child-safety contact
Send child-safety concerns to support@ai72app.com for the attention of Recep Duman, the responsible contact for 72. This public route is available without an account. It is not an emergency hotline. Valid authority or legal requests are reviewed for authority, scope and legal basis before relevant records are disclosed.
08Good-faith reporting
Report honestly and provide only relevant information. Fabricated evidence, harassment, retaliation, malicious child-safety allegations and abuse of the reporting process are prohibited. Good-faith uncertainty is not the same as a deliberately false report. Child safety, privacy and due process guide how concerns are handled.
