Rules for the discovery catalog, 72-hour offers, permanent chats, media, plans, and account use.

These Terms govern your use of 72, an adult discovery, communication, translation, and safety-focused social dating service. 72 does not guarantee identity, intent, compatibility, a relationship, or real-world safety.
1. Eligibility and account accuracy
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, use your own account, and provide materially accurate information.
- One person may not operate deceptive duplicate accounts.
- Phone, liveness, face-consistency, location, photo, age, safety, or account checks may be required.
- A verification badge reduces risk but is not a government identity or background-check guarantee.
2. Discovery catalog
After verification, eligible profiles may browse a server-filtered catalog by age, country, city, visibility, and activity order.
- Catalog results are not a promise of compatibility or availability.
- Blocked users, active permanent chats, privacy restrictions, safety restrictions, and ineligible profiles are excluded.
- Online and recent-activity labels are approximate product signals and may be delayed.
3. Offers and permanent chats
A user may send a permanent-chat offer from the catalog. A pending offer normally expires after 72 hours.
- The recipient may accept or reject while the offer is pending.
- If both users send each other an offer, a permanent chat may be created automatically.
- The 72-hour value is the pending-offer lifetime; it is not a blanket cooldown after rejection, acceptance, or chat removal.
- Daily product or safety limits may apply and are shown in the app.
4. Communication and user content
Permanent chats can support text, photos, video, original voice messages, transcription, translation, reactions, reporting, and blocking where available.
- You retain ownership of your content and grant 72 a limited licence to host, process, transmit, translate, transcribe, moderate, and display it to provide the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
- Another user's content may not be copied, exported, published, harassed with, blackmailed with, or used outside the permitted conversation.
5. Plans, promotional access, and limits
In selected territories and campaign periods, 72 may provide 7 or 365 days of app-level promotional access to verified accounts that satisfy predefined eligibility conditions. The applicable period and end date are shown in Access Plan.
- The standard promotional-access period is 7 days. An eligible verified account may receive a 365-day campaign period under the campaign conditions configured for its territory.
- App-level promotional access is not an App Store or Google Play subscription trial, creates no automatic charge, and is separate from any store subscription purchase.
- Match preference can be corrected during onboarding. After profile verification is completed, it cannot be changed; using another preference requires full in-app account deletion and a new registration. A new registration does not guarantee that a prior campaign entitlement will be granted again.
- After promotional access, offer and acceptance allowances renew daily. The outgoing translation allowance is tracked separately for each permanent chat and is shared by translated text messages and voice messages whose transcripts are translated. Current values are shown in Access Plan.
- Store price, billing period, renewal terms, and eligibility displayed before purchase control the transaction.
6. Safety, moderation, and enforcement
72 may review reports and use automated or human moderation to protect users and enforce these Terms.
- You may block and report users or content.
- Accounts or features may be limited, suspended, or terminated for safety, fraud, abuse, legal, payment, or integrity reasons.
- 72 is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger.
7. Changes, price changes, and governing rules
We may update the service and these Terms prospectively with notice required by applicable law.
- Subscription price changes are made through App Store or Google Play mechanisms and their required notice, consent, or cancellation rules.
- A contract clause does not override mandatory consumer, equality, privacy, or local law.
- Continued use after a lawful effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted; material consent-dependent processing requires a new lawful basis or consent.
