Account Deletion

How to request deletion, what stops immediately, and what limited retention may remain.

Use Profile > Account and security > Delete account. The server revokes active access and starts the deletion workflow; uninstalling the app is not a deletion request.

Immediate effects

Catalog visibility, new offers, messaging access, push devices, public profile projections, and active service access are disabled as the deletion workflow runs.

Deletion and limited retention

Profile, media, chats, verification references, settings, and service collections are deleted by the server workflow.

Restricted anti-abuse hashes or deletion audit fields may remain for up to 90 days before final purge.
Report evidence or records subject to fraud, chargeback, safety, litigation, or legal hold may remain only as long as required.
A later registration is evaluated as a new account under the campaign conditions then in effect; deleting and re-registering does not guarantee restoration or renewal of a previous promotional entitlement.

Subscriptions

Delete or uninstall does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it through Manage Subscription in the relevant store.
